Opening Soon?

A while back I talked about a few places under our building that they have been working on forever, namely Quzinos, Robeks and Pastagina (I didn’t know the exact name of the place at the time).

Two interesting things as of late …

• They worked on Quzinos Tuesday and Wednesday this week, putting up drywall each day. I am no construction expert but two days to drywall a couple hundred square feet is a little much. Anyhow, no action today of course.
• Pastagina is being worked on the last couple of days but looks nowhere close to being open.
• I haven’t seen anyone at the Robeks in a while.

But today I went to Ralph’s and picked up a few things. For the first time ever I turned over the receipt and noticed there are coupons on the back! How great since everything costs an arm and a leg here!

The first big coupon was for Pastagina of course … Free soda when you buy any pasta … Opening End of February … Hmmmm, that’s a problem.

Right below that is a coupon for Robeks … FREE Regular Size Smoothie with the purchase blah blah blah … $1 off blah blah blah … It then lists a few locations including the one near us at 9th and Flower (Opening April 200

Maybe I will just hang onto these coupons and try to redeem them if when they open.
