Q: Who is Carter?
A: Carter is our two year old soft-coated wheaten terrier.
Q: What other people do you refer to in this crazy tale of yours?
A: You can call me B, simple enough right? My wife is cleverly referred to as H.
Q: What does the title of your blog mean?
A: In late-summer of 2007, H’s place of employment talked about heading west and opening up a location in Los Angeles. At the time we thought nothing of it and assumed we would remain here in Chicago. B would joke around the house, especially with Carter, using that creepy/crazy voice people use for their dogs. He would hold onto Carter and say “Mommy, I’ve got just one question. When are we going to California?”. Well low and behold a few months later things happen and we decide to pack up our stuff and head west.
Q: Is there a purpose to this blog?
A: Entertainment and information. We wanted a chance to document the move for our family and friends, and also share our journey from Chicago to California. We will continue to post once we move, documenting our new life on the west coast.
